Promoting Your Video/Audio File
Include a link to your ResuméTalks.org profile in all your employment-related communications including cover letters and your resume. Advise your fellow candidates and any employment related contacts you make. If you have your own website, create and highlight a hotlink to your ResuméTalks.org profile. Podcasts are another way to broadcast your strengths. Once you've championed the art of recording yourself, you will be well prepared to participate in podcasts. Given the current state of our economy several cities are hosting live radio shows dedicated to putting people back to work. As you become comfortable speaking on behalf of your employable skills, consider looking into free radio broadcasts dedicated to your cause.
Taking Full Advantage of Your Created Profile
Have your ResuméTalks.org profile link readily available on your handheld device, computer, or laptop. This will help you review your "elevator speech" at a moment's notice. As appropriate, showing off your recording will portray you as proactive and serious about your job search.
Preparing Your Video File
If you are having difficulty recording a video you're happy with, simply upload an audio file by reading your prepared script. While you perfect your video file, your audio file still differentiates you and your employable skills to interested recruiters. Voice control is a powerful tool. Voice Dynamics offers some good tips for improving yours. If you are struggling to publish answers tot eh three sets of script questions provided, you may want to try these seven (7) common interview questions for the new graduate (or anyone else).

Questions
As noted in the About Us section, we have created a website that enables resumés to "speak", and enables recruiters, to effectively "listen" so those resumés. To guide the use of ResuméTalks.org toward the most efficient process for both recruiting agents and employee candidates, based on our extensive hiring experience as noted in the About Us section, we ask the candidates to discuss in two (2) minutes or less, the follow six (6) questions:
1. How would your best friend describe you?
2. What are your two greatest strengths?
3. How do you alleviate stress?
4. What are your short and long term goals?
5. What type of work environment do you prefer?
6. What is your typical way of dealing with conflict?
We are interested in knowing if the list below contains topics professional recruiters would like to hear from a talking resumé. If you are in a position to do so based on your experience as a professional recruiter, will you please advise us of other questions you'd like to hear candidates answer on their talking resumés?
